Dr David Yates Associate Dean for Quality
David Yates was appointed Associate Dean for Quality Management after 9 years as a Clinical Tutor In Tunbridge Wells and a further 4 years as Director of Medical Education for Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. He is a Consultant in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care based at the Kent & Sussex Hospital. In 2010 he acted as Interim Head of the KSS School of Anaesthesia for 3 months. |

Karen Gibson Quality Manager Karen joined the KSS Deanery as Quality Manager in January 2008. She has a First Class Honours Degree in Business Management, a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and has recently completed an MBA with Durham University. She was previously a Performance Manager at South East Coast SHA, and spent three years in the Civil Service as a Divisional Quality Manager at the Office for National Statistics. |

Marco De Solis Quality, Performance, Innovation Support Project Manager Marco joined the KSS Deanery in August 2010 having held a number of Quality and Technical Management roles in the food industry. He has extensive Quality Management and regulatory experience in the food sector and is a Chartered Quality Professional and Member of the Chartered Quality Institute. |
