GP Trainees are advised to make contact with their GP Programme Director if they are considering LTFT Training and should ideally do so before completing a LTFT Training Application Form. This application is for completion for trainees who are in GP placements only. If you are a GP trainee in a hospital placement please go to the main LTFT page.
