Less than full-time training
The Deanery's HR Department also manages the Less Than Full-Time Training Scheme (formerly "Flexible Training") for Doctors in postgraduate training across the Kent, Surrey and Sussex health economy.
This scheme enables doctors, who need to work less than full time for well-founded reasons, to seek educational and financial support to equip them to remain in the NHS.
